Bus Dudes Property Management is built on one simple belief: rental property ownership should feel rewarding, not overwhelming. Founded by Jared Horsley, who has more than 21 years of experience in real estate, Bus Dudes grew from Jared’s work helping clients buy, sell, and invest in property. As he worked with investors, he saw a need for dependable property management from someone who understood the investment process from beginning to end.

After some time managing a small portfolio for private investors, Jared opened his property management services to the public with the goal of creating a better experience for property owners and tenants. Today, Bus Dudes Property Management provides long-term residential, multifamily, and HOA management services.
